Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead on-site crews and manage commercial electrical projects. This role reports directly to the Project Manager and ensures projects stay on schedule, within budget, and up to safety codes.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years running commercial projects valued at $500k+
- Active EE-98J license
- Knowledge and application of the National Electrical Code
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to travel throughout New Mexico and surrounding states
Core Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and develop a project timeline
- Follow schedules, order materials in advance, and maximize crew productivity
- Draft daily project status reports and attend weekly project meetings
- Communicate effectively with other trades on-site to ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise, mentor, and lead an electrical crew of up to 8 people
Compensation: $93,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
